Eric’s programs are trusted by:

Teachers are on the frontline every day

Bullying, casual racism, disrespectful language, and exclusion don’t wait to be addressed until the next wellbeing session. They show up in hallways, classrooms and playground. And teachers are the ones expected to respond.

    • Incidents show up in hallways, classrooms and playgrounds
    • Teachers are expected to respond without escalation
    • No shared language means inconsistent application

Training for the real moments in school

When you bring Eric Agyeman to speak to your teachers, you close the gap between student wellbeing programs and everyday classroom practice.

    Respond with confidence and consistency

Address bullying without hesitation or excessive escalation in the moment.

Handle harmful language the right way

Know exactly what to say when disrespect shows up in your classroom.

    Reinforce expectations with shared language

When all staff speak the same way, students hear one clear message.

Build positive culture before problems start

Teachers are empowered to create a calmer, more respectful environment.

This Is Not About More Responsibility

      It’s about support.

Teachers are constantly being pulled into peer-to-peer behavioural issues. This training will help them reduce incidences and bring the classroom attention back to its purpose: learning.

          Frequently Asked Questions

Everything your school should know before bringing this training to your staff.

          How long is the session?
The standard Teacher Empowerment session runs for 90 minutes, delivered in-person at your school. This allows time for frameworks, discussion, and practical application. Format can be tailored to your staff PD schedule. Typically this is done after a keynote, workshop or after the last school period of that day.
          Who should attend this training?
Year level coordinators, wellbeing teams, classroom teachers, and school leadership benefit most. Anyone navigating daily student behaviour, peer dynamics, and school culture will find practical value in the frameworks and language.
Do teachers need to prepare beforehand?
No preparation required. Teachers show up as they are. The session is built for busy staff who don’t have time for lengthy pre-work. Everything happens in the room, and no one leaves without clarity.
Can you customise the content for our school?
Absolutely. If your school faces specific challenges (e.g. casual racism, gaming culture, social media conflicts) we shape the scenarios and examples to match your context.
What makes this different from other staff pd?
This isn’t theory-heavy. Staff walk away with specific response frameworks, shared language they can use the next day, and clear strategies for handling bullying, casual racism, and disrespectful behaviour in realtime. It’s practical, grounded, and built from 10+ years of working directly with students and schools.
