Make Your Wellbeing Day Last Longer with iRise

iRise is Eric’s 10-week follow-up plug-and-play program to help teachers implement the principles from his keynote.

Your Wellbeing Program Is More Than A School Event

We give 150% to every school event we attend. But without a commitment to changing culture, inspiration is momentary.

Students forget, teachers get busy, and a term later you are back at square one.

Change School Culture With a Plug-N-Play Followup Program

The iRise system offers short weekly videos, reflective activities, and peer interactions that keep students engaged.

  • Weekly 8-10 min video sessions led by Eric
  • Includes reflective activities
  • Aligned with the Victorian SEL Framework
  • Minimal preparation for teachers

Repetition Is How We Learn.

We’ve all heard it before: Rome wasn’t built in a day!”. But sometimes we think that putting on an event will change school culture for good.

It can be a catalyst for change, but only if the message is continued and reinforced.

That’s why iRise exists: To help teachers help their students without any extra workload.

Content Overview

Each module includes a 5min prep guide, a short, student-friendly video, a quick reflection prompt, and peer activities for instant integration.

Week 1: Who Am I?
Students will learn to recognise negative labels and replace them with healthier beliefs. They ll practice separating who they are from what they ve been through, aligning with SEL outcomes around self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Week 2: Whos Shaping Me?
Students will be able to identify external pressures shaping their choices and contrast them with their own internal values. This ties to SEL outcomes in responsible decision-making and selfawareness, empowering them to live authentically.
Week 3: Harnessing The Power of Your Thoughts
Students will learn how self-talk influences self-worth and practice reframing negative thoughts into positive, realistic ones. This builds skills in emotional regulation and resilience, key pillars of SEL.
Week 4: What Respect Really Means
Students will be able to define respect in their own words and identify ways to show it daily. This connects to SEL outcomes in social awareness and relationship skills, equipping them to build stronger, healthier connections.
Week 5: Talent Without Respect
Students will reflect on how respect is non-negotiable, even when gifted in talent. This develops responsible decision-making and integrity, aligning with SEL by encouraging wise choices that protect future opportunities.
Week 6: Understanding and Managing Emotions
Students will learn to name their emotions, practice simple regulation strategies, and increase empathy by recognising how feelings affect behaviour. This directly builds SEL competencies in self-management and emotional regulation.
Week 7: Social Media and Digital Choices
Students will be able to critically reflect on their online habits, recognise unhealthy patterns, and commit to healthier digital behaviours. This links to SEL outcomes in self-awareness and responsible decision-making.
Week 8: Resilience and Rising Above Challenges
Students will practice reframing difficulties, identify personal coping strategies, and explore how resilience fuels success. This strengthens SEL outcomes in perseverance, resilience, and problem-solving.
Week 9: Purpose & Vision
